That conversation includes a form that could be laser cut from acrylic, but with a lot of plastic waste. Probably more useful and less wasteful to team up with someone 3d printing shield frames to cut transparencies to fit the frames. (One of my neighbors just donated almost 100 transparencies to me to use with the frames I’m printing to donate to essential workers.)
