Surprising finding - while checking some settings on the TinyG board, I decided to check the physical connections. Much to my surprise, every screw terminal had loosened slightly (about an 8th of a turn or so). I have had my system for about 6-8 months or so. Everything was working fine but I would guess that over time, I may have started to see some very intermittent problems that would be very difficult to troubleshoot. Save yourself a lot of head scratching and frustration and check your connections every so often. Let me know if you see the same thing as I did.

Some of the wires in these builds are extremely fine, easy to overcrush and break with the otherwise secure screw type terminals.
I finally invested in a ferrule kit and crimper, such as http://www.amazon.com/IWISS-Wire-Ferrule-Assortment-Insulated/dp/B00ORO4P2E?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage
I rate it an excellent investment in longevity

@cmcgrath5035 Excellent idea!
