(put [–] characters at beginning of the line after what you want bold)
Indent in a highlighted area (put [>] at start of line)
a box nested inside the box (put [>>] at start of this line)

Three or more [___] or [—] creates a full page horizontal line above this entry
This text is italic by putting an asterisk as the first and last char in line with no spaces
