Haha, I love the tell-tale X wipe that @nophead does.

I actually copied his G-Code for that when I changed to KISSlicer. Its really useful

Interesting… I’ve not moved onto ABS just yet I might try that when I do.

@Ashley_Webster I’m using the following which is based on Nop Heads original code but tweaked for KISSlicer slightly…

PREFIX:
M83 ; use relative distances for extrusion
M140 S ; set bed temp but dont wait for it
G28 ; go to home position for calibration

SELECT EXTRUDER:
G1 X0 Y98 F9000 ; go to the front middle
G1 Z0.05 ; close to the bed
M104 S ; set extruder temp but dont wait for it
M190 S ; wait for the bed to reach temperature
M109 S ; wait for the extruder to reach temperature
G92 E0 ; zero the extruder
G1 X50 E5 F200 ; make a thick line to prime extruder
G1 E-1 F1200 ; retract the extruder

DESELECT EXTRUDER:
G1 E-1 F1200 ; retract the extruder
M104 S0 ; turn off extruder heater

POSTFIX:
M140 S0 ; turn off the bed heater
G28 ; go to home position
M107 ; turn off the carriage fan
M84 ; turn off motors
M0 ; end

Dang, those are nice prints. Looks like a really clean and sturdy kit. Kudos to @nophead . And great build

Yeah my thanks definitely goes out to @nop_head its a great kit. I think it would have been a lot harder for me to get into the hobby if I had to do everything from scratch. Now I have a foot in the door I might try some of my own mods but having a working place to start from was great.

That looks like it could be a cool iPod speaker dock.

Its a gyrornament http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:192325 the bits inside spin independantly.

@Rick_Zehr no special settings, the same as everything else. The overhangs look slightly better in the photo than real life, its a little rough near the top centre.

For those interested my full KISSlicer settings are here in the comments:

Really nice prints, what filament are you using?

The green is Faberdashery which was supplied by NopHead with my Mendel90 Kit but the rest are all from 3DFilaPrint
