Some 2.5d from Fusion 360 to Chilipeppr in a hardwood. I just rubbed it with a cloth to polish it.

Nope, same bit tiny v bit as the others I posted. Took about 20 minutes to run. The other one in the background had a 1mm stepover but the smooth one here is .2mm. This is sanded and some oil from my skin to shine it up. It feels really nice.

Was this created with an actual 3d model, or based on something like a grey scale image, or something else?
From 3d model. This is sanded and cloth rubbed, no finish. It shows the first version with step over too wide for a smooth surface. The wood matters and but I don’t know what wood this is, maybe a fruit tree, but it sure machines nice.
