Solved my issue with prints sticking too well on a Printrbot Simple 2016. I reran the calibration raising the offset by 0.2 Prints now stick enough to print, but are easy enough to dislodge without removing any of the masking tape.
When I had my play I found that the prints stuck very nicely to their blue tape. Probably got 20 or so prints out of a sheet. The offset makes a huge difference. I want print pics!
When I find my camera in the mess I call my office, I will definitely post some pics.
