Is it still JS-Cut that you are using? Did you ask someone else to slice the gcode for you and try their gcode?

Just JScut.org that’s the only way I know how to do it.

You’d benefit from seeing any differences…

Is your tinyg cooling fan plugged into your tinyg? If so, if you unplug it and point a desktop fan at it instead, will it behave?
I guess it could be that the fan is causing the current to drop from time to time if the fan is plugged directly into the tinyg.
