So far the printrbot gearhead has been great till i reached a spot on my spool that dropped to 1.70-1.68 ish and it struggled and slipped with faster extrusion. But still works at lower extrusion speeds. @Sonex128 your redesign was worked like a charm. Gonna create one with pushfit option?

Glad it works. I will make a push fit one sometime. Need to make a version to mount to extrusion also.

Did anyone yet do a source file to use? Otherwise i’d do my own to make it fit my E3D hotends.

so after many spools and over six months @Sonex128 's extruder needs reprinted. Dang good use for an all plastic extruder body.
