Small revolution or corporate greenwashing? You decide!?
Did not find any information regarding “use PET to print objects”. Only thing that is said is that filament cartridges is made from this PET. So you will not be able to use your empty bottles to print “robots, vases and shoes” 
the new material is called rPET. they refer to filament as filament cartridges. it’s partially made from recycled bottles.
Well, that’s some super-effective marketing right there: 3DS now makes filament from cheaper B-grade reground plastic instead of A-grade virgin pellets, but up-sells it as the next big thing in eco-friendly 3D printing.
Coming from one of the more overpriced machines with the more overpriced materials and of the worst cualities… Juat márketing.
