If there are belts are they calibrated for belt stretch?

it is simple XY core, heat bed is on Z axis with two steppers and two drivers, Y also has two steppers but with one driver, the driver is TMC2208 for all and the board is MKS Gen L, the firmware is Marlin 2.1.3 beta version, belts are not calibrated but I have the following device I don’t know how to use it for belts since it is in length while I need pressure
