Roughly speaking, what would say the % of shrinkage is of ABS compared to PLA? I’m attempting to print interlocking parts that fit together in both materials and wondered if I should try scaling my PLA batch down by say 10%?

Scaling would be bad for a number of parts. Some slicers have settings to push outer wall locations inward.

PLA has a much lower thermal expansion coefficient (the scaling factor -1 of the part with temperature) than ABS, but 10% is way too big a relative scaling factor to use. Maybe 0.01%.
