Try Enabling LIN_ADVANCE, it controls the pressure in the hotend and thus reduces oozing. It may help with the zits.
Also increase your Z Jerk and even your extruder jerk if that’s set too low.
Adjusting those cleaned up my prints nicely.
Ok the jerk wasnt the problem. Ok maybe ill try that advancething there thx
