Raspberry Pi case. Initial layer adhesion is perfect as is the first five layers. Active cooling on servos which are warm to touch. Failure started on the layer that creates the side wall. I’ve noted the location of the towers. Does that look like a weak Y axis, or weak X and Z axes?
Weak Y axis. If that’s where the tower is located on the second pic. Generally faults will “point” to the axis that’s the problem.
Changed out the Y driver, cooled the motor, still got failures, all at the 6.9-7.0mm level. @Shauki suggested it was a math error, so I sliced it at 2.1083 rather than 2.0 Last thing I found as I was running out the door this morning: Z was the weak one, I’ve turned up the current for when I return.
