Just trying to see if anyone has had a similar issue or any experience with this. More recently with my prints, I have been seeing very jagged or even sawtooth looking issues in sharp corners. See pictures below. The issue seems to get better with the addition of large radii but I didn’t used to have this issue in the past and I am wondering what I can do to rectify it. Let me know if you have any advice, thanks in advance.
I’m printing with an Anycubic Kobra S1 using their slicer and running Overture Matte PLA.
If this just started happening, have you made sure that the nozzle is good and you didn’t have a partial clog? The combination of the outside corners and the insufficient flow on the inside corners visible in your photos makes me think you might have a partial clog. While the symptoms look similar to pressure advance being wrong, I wouldn’t re-tune pressure advance without first making sure the filament path is clean and clear, and making sure that it is consistent with other filament.
I’d definitely clean the nozzle, probably including a “cold pull” (pull gently while heating from cold, so that it comes out just as the plastic starts to become soft). I’d replace the nozzle if it’s old; they wear out.
