I’m totally new to 3d printing… I purchased QIDI x_max3 it ran fine after i set it up and ran my first print test file and came out beautifully. The next day i turned it on i got an Error of THE SYSTEM STARTS ABNORMANLLY, followed all the instructions from support and nothing still the same, when trying to connect to my computer thru slice i get a a bad gateway connection 502
And when trying to connect to IP add… xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx the only one that shows up and for QIDI plus not the Xmax3?
Help is my printer defected or am i not doing something right… i don’t know code very well or truthfully how to flash firmware, can anyone help ,me get my printer up and running???

Does it make any strange noises of startup?
Would it be possible to post a video of the complete startup sequence?
