As of my last grocery trip, it looked like the cows are calming down from their early COVID-19 panic and letting down their milk again. At least, that was my assumption after seeing shelves full of milk again! 
With the NC stay-at-home order about to take effect, who knows how long that will be true. Maybe people will start to panic-buy again.

Still damn hard to find TP though. That self fulling shortage of TP is so freaking bizarre. I’ve been through hurricanes where we didn’t have power for weeks and panic buying of TP was something that never happened. Thanks Australia.
