I need a Leadscrew nut for the Z axes. Where can find them to purchase.
Try contacting the company and they probably can help. Amazon carries Ball Nuts and anti -backlash nuts as well.
Most of us here don’t have a PROVerXL 4030 V1, so you might have to share what kind of lead screw it is. There are lots of sources for lead screws of various kinds and they are mostly standardized…
If you don’t know what kind, share pictures and we can help figure it out.
Adding to that, you may want to measure the diameter of the lead screw, turn one complete revolution of the nut and measure the distance moved. If it is indeed a ball nut then it could be 12, 16, 20, or 25mm diameter. If it just an acme lead, a common one for cnc is 8mm. The machined end is not the diameter of the ball screw or lead screw, as it is machined for bearing fit and couplers.
According to AI, it’s an 8mm but that may or may not be true.
AI Overview
The Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 V1 Z-axis uses a metric T8 lead screw (8 mm diameter with an 8 mm or 2 mm pitch depending on specific module revisions, typically configured for standard 2mm or 8mm lead per rotation in GRBL).
Genmitsu doesn’t offer a Z-axis leadscrew replacement. But you can find the parts on Amazon. if it’s the leadscrew nut you can find a direct replacement there. If if is the screw you may need to cut it to length with a grinder..
