Im trying to cut a thick carton. Im using 3 or 2 pasess. Sometimes it goes well, but some times it has a shift in the vertical axix os 1 or 2 mm. sometime in the middle of a pass, but mostly when it started the new pass. I checkes the tension of the rail, the screws.
I saw in recent thread that cleaning might help. How do you suggest to oil the rail and guiding wheels?
Pictures of the problem and your machine would help.
Cleaning is a good idea and should be sufficient. Insure that the guides and wheels are free from debris and the wheel rotates freely.
I would not apply oil as that will only attract more debris.
