Printed the Maker’s Muse tolerence test with a 0.2 nozzle with 0.08 mm layers. The 0.05 would not slice as a seperate part. All others printed fine and move freely, only the 0.1 is too fused to work free. ^^

Do those inner cylinders revolve?

All revolve properly except the 0.1 gap. And the 0.05 was considered part of the mount by the slicer. @Todd_Frederiksen

very cool

@David_Sherwood Thank you ^^

@David_Sherwood Nice ^^

@David_Sherwood Indeed, took me a while to do that even when I had 0.4 dialed in. What has also helped me a lot is the way I ensure bed adheasion. Which to my knowledge, is unique. ^^

I use a PVA coating that is thin and lasts dozens of prints. Use and part removal is the same for PLA and PETG, both release easily at about 30c. But part are stuck to it like a barnacle during prints. I rarely have bed adheasion issues anymore. :slight_smile:
