PETG and rafts.
Been playing with PETG again and just thought I’d share my success. I don’t know if this is common knowledge, but I haven’t seen this yet.
When printing objects with a raft, I set the space between the raft and the object to 0.16mm. I have part cooling turned off completely EXCEPT for the first layer above the raft only. Below and above this layer the part cooling fan is off. On this layer I put the part cooling fan on 100%. And bridges too. This has done very well for me with adhesion and easy to remove raft afterward.
