I am only able to power on the board through the USB, when I switch the jumper, and have tested with both a 12V or 24V PSU, nothing happens, but I can switch the jumper and then power on through the USB and flash the controller, I have hooked up the Ethernet port and can connect over my network. There was no blue smoke, smell of burning, no visual signs of a short (top or bottom of the board). Nothing else had been plugged into the board, Any troubleshooting suggestions?
