So, the german sub-forum of http://reprap.org started the #BOSS-Challenge ( B enchy O n S uper S peed). We started at 80mm/s and every new contestant had to rise it for 20mm/s. We are now at 160mm/s, with still pretty good results. Anyone wants to join? @3DBenchy #BOSS-Challenge #speedprinting

I got informed, that a 200mm/s version is on its way 
I’ve accidentally set one running at 270… set for 180 in S3D, and forgot I had the speed set at 150% on the panel… well we shall see what happens
Maybe once my Prusa i3 reaches its final form of CoreXY i’ll be able to participate! I wouldnt’ve guessed those were printed so quick!

but with acceleration, can they even get to 220mm/s on the short lines of 3d benchy? i think they should be aiming for a fastest time instead of speed. Although you would have to agree on a layer height, or everyone would just volcano it.
