This is an interesting one… I see the LM bearing of the X axis just floating around while the machine is cutting metal. Just had to take the back panel off (6 screws), slide the the bearing back in, and tighten up the set screws. If this keeps happening I’ll get some loctite in there or take all the rails apart to pack the bearings full of grease. But most importantly, the job finished successfully.
