hard to dismiss full-screen popup about subscribing to something. Stopped reading and left the web site.

@Marcus_Wolschon Thanks for your feedback. My newsletter is an experiment so your feedback is very helpful. The pop-up isn’t supposed to be full-screen and was designed to be easily dismissable. I’ve just changed the closing button in the top-right corner to a white instead of red color for better visibility.

The closing button is there but it’s way too tiny to hit on a small smartphone screen.
