It is because your arm is tilted. The arm should be horizontal at all times.

@Mano_Biletsky_Open_M Hahaha. Just to be clear, the arm has to be tilted to have an infinite build volume.

Looks like your using a tilting motion for you z axis. That is introducing arc in that axis and would need to be compensated out, examples indicate it was not. Side note, surface quality may suffer with non-virtical aligned tool.

@Trae_Greenlee We have compensation but it obviously needs some tweaking.

The nozzle is perpendicular to the layers. Surface quality is actually pretty good.
