This should help anyone interested download their Google data. If you only want to archive your G+ data then select None for the data and then you can look for G+ Streams and G+ Communities on the archive page.

I was unsatisfied with the results of the archive of G+ that it made. The G+ archive did not seem to give anything but a series of links for posts for part of the content and I expect the links will not work after G+ is taken down.
