Does anyone have the steps per mm for a shapeoko2? I have them roughly figured, but I do not have them exactly right.

Nevermind. It looks like it is 40,40,320. That seems reasonable. I have 41,41,308 at the moment. I will plug in the new numbers later.

Everything should be at Shapeoko CNC Router, Rigid, Accurate, Reliable, and Affordable and Project Shapeoko

It seems to be calibrated correctly now. Grbl1.1 seems to stop responding to jog commands from http://chilipeppr/jpadie occasionally, but I have not tried other software so I do not know if the problem is Grbl1.1 or Chilipeppr/jpadie.

It seems that the cut depth even with this nicer router is going to still just be 2 mm. This router bit is meant for side cutting, but the noise it makes seems terrible at even just 5mm with a really nice spiral cut bit. I have the standard motors and the movement seems a bit rougher than I am used to so maybe that is why. I might try reverting to an older Grbl and see if I get smooth movements again.
