When printing gears the gear parts are coming out pointed. While printing I can see the nozzle pushing around extra material.
Ignore the oval hole that’s fixed now.
too much heat. I do print these parts always by the pair.
I will try a pair of them moved a bit apart to see if that helps
Are you using Slic3r. Similar thing happend to me when I was using Slic3r, When I used Kisslier I got neat print.
Cura is what I used for that one
try less speed, lower temp and possibly print 2 of them far away from each other to give the layer more time to cool down.
Printing two at 75mm/s did fine so its for sure an issue with letting the top layer cool.
