Sorry no have stepper aviable for this demo in home , i used an old 5mm precision shaft O_O.
ok take a mini bic ligher common in europe…don’t know in US.
- remove cover and take a wheels.
- as see inside wheels have a metal spiral
- remove one top circle (used with finger for rotate it) with tongs or grindstone …dremel…as you want this really soft metal.
- extract spiral
-put softly any spiral inside shaft…no enlarge too much or brake it…
-same in enter enlarge and pus down on your desiderate position.
can use one or more spiral for your esigence becuse one spiral cove fine 1.75 mm but suggest to use 2 for make creazy on positioning.
now can use #flintfeeder printed part( https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByXDHEMTm5xOM25sOG9FdVB5ZHc&authuser=0) take two M3 bolt with relative nut one 608 bearing and your filament feeder are complete.
