What has the world come to?
Anyways, that book will be released October 21st, so i doubt anyone will have anything substantial to say about how well it is written. Judging by the description up on Amazon ( Amazon.com: 3D Printing for Dummies: 9781118660751: Hausman, Kalani Kirk, Horne, Richard: Books ), it seems to at least cover the crucial basics without simply riding the hype.

Just checking in here with the 40K plus people I just guessed someone would have access to it already and be willing to back it. When the dummies series came out many years ago I learned some of my first HTML from them. I have no idea of the quality since then. I wonder how much they go into Open Source? Thanks @Thomas_Sanladerer

I also found the ICTP course ( Low-cost 3d printing) on iTunes as well: https://itunes.apple.com/it/itunes-u/first-international-workshop/id688831895?l=en I think every second of the course is in there, including all of @Alessandro_Ranellucc and the awesome job he did! I totally recommend checking that out, and it’s FREE!
