I have studied the Ultimaker board and the RAMP boards. They are very similar, looks like the Ultimaker has an extra mosfet or whatever.
Mine is going to be bread boarded if any of you are new to my ways…
All this stuff is open source and there are schematics for each of the boards, but I don’t see schematics of printers.
There are connections here that must be for other options. servos and stuff?
So I just need the basics and it would be nice just to copy something, since that’s all I am doing here, let’s face it.
I downloaded marlin and people seem to use it the most and it looks good so far as I have been glancing through code. Looks like pins and configure header files get used the most.
What are those 10 pin connectors for on the Ultimaker?
They are labelled EXP1 and EXP2
Does anyone have a link to a complete printer schematic?
