Before I inevitably get rid of it (the print in the picture is an underdog mount), I need to share with you the world’s most jerry rigged e3D mount. It started off as a failed Tom Carson mount which, through some hot glue and patience, I managed to mount off center with only one screw attached to the motor. Then, when it was time to install it, I had a problem with the fan duct getting in the way of the bearings, but not the belt holder, so I had to duct tape the bearings (while the belt holder was properly bolted), but I only used two so it’s a bit wobbly. And that, ladies and gentlemen, makes the world’s most jerry rigged e3D mount ever.

I feel like the label at the bottom is the extruder’s personal statement. It’s like it’s saying “yeah I’m hot, you got a problem with me?” How long did that setup work?

@Justin_Nesselrotte Ha! The print in the picture took 20 minutes, but I probably could have had that going for longer. It was actually a brand new mount for it that fits perfectly so tomorrow I’m gonna go get the hardware to properly use the new mount.
