Makerbot Replicator. Everything stock except Sailfish firmware. Nylon printed w/o problems at 245 C.

What temp are you running on the build plate? and where did you source the 618 nylon?

ABS extruder @ 230
HBP @ 110C

@Dave_Lockwood Nothing, the “drool issue” is there.
