Ok so it wasnt a big shock but the kind of shock that lets u know, hey youve just been shocked.
My machine is new and it hasnt been powered on or even plugged in.
I attempted to remove the mesh bed and i got a tiny little shock.
Is this a problem and what should i do?
I have no electrical experience
Plugging it in would have grounded it. Not being plugged in at all means that by definition what you got was a static shock, as far as I know.
The unit was probably tested before sending and the capacitors in the power supply would have been charged. I don’t know whether that could have been responsible, though…
