Okay I got another computer running Win 7, SPJS 1.8, and Chrome 39. Still having trouble connecting. I also now get two Com ports from SPJS.

What should I try next?

From looking at this, your TinyG just simply isn’t responding at all. Can you turn off the funnel icon in the Serial Port Console and then disconnect/reconnect on COM10 to see if it does anything? Then try Coolterm. If that doesn’t work there’s something wrong with your TinyG.

Is the Spdir ked suppose to be flashing red?

@David_Anderson Slow flash SpinDir (1Hz or so) means bootloader is running. Fast flash (4Hz?) is an error/alarm, usually Limit Switch trip See https://github.com/synthetos/TinyG/wiki/TinyG-Alarms

Thanks for the help. It turned out my TinyG firmware update did not take, thus the flashing light. Everything is running now.
