Any chance that you have a 24V heater cartridge in a 12V printer? Or that your power supply is insufficient?

thank you for kind reply

inside nozzle assembly the heating rod value is 24v 50W , the printer is in company where we have airconditioner at same time on

How many volts DC does the power supply provide?

I’m assuming that you have 220–240V AC power to your power supply, or you would have set it to 115V input, but you haven’t shown the DC output voltage. Please find that, and the rated watts, which should be included somewhere else on the supply.

Also, did this previously work and recently quit working, or did it never work?

For more diagnosis, do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

There is not such information mention about voltage on device , however i found from their website

Working power supply : 100-265v 50-60Hz

Rated power : Normal mode-210W Energy saving mode-40W

Before this printer was working very fine when i was using in University , now i am in company here i am facing this problem .

I have voltmeter also

Then you will want to measure the DC volts across the DC output from the power supply to the control board for the printer. You can measure that at the control board to avoid accidentally touching the AC power.

Thank you i will check it
