Makes me sad when ICONS of american commerce fail to make change.
Radio Shack should have been Adafruit or Sparkfun. Where rather than just sell parts they provide the means to build them. RS, like so many failed US retailers failed to see the shift to ecommerce and the need to leverage that technology to deliver new kinds of products.
I doubt they can compete with amazon unless they bring some kind of product you can’t get on amazon.
