@marmil yes it is from this video starting at 0:43 and is called ‘chase mode’. It is not clear whether they use for the moving element the color white or just a higher brightness of the base color.
Hmmm, my initial guess would be using the same base color, and that it only looks so white due to the brightness blowing out the video camera sensor.
