New wheel printed, and more detailed picture of how the last ones failed. I’ve not changed the design of the wheel, but they are now done in ABS rather than PLA, and Slic3r has come along in leaps and bounds, it now runs infill wall to wall regardless of how narrow the gap. I’ve also used the solid infill threshold to make the infill solid at the point where they failed last time. Just need to make three more and finish removing all the scaffolding.
