I 3d printed some cutting jigs for my standard mallet design so had to try them on a new series.
Partial success. The angle mallet head jig was not rigid enough and could not be used. Easy enough to cut it on the band saw and clean it up with a sander but will have to design something new with more mass.
I have enough Brazilian Tiger wood for three mallet heads so going with that number.
Wife asked for a panther on one of them so made an AI generated height map for the pattern. The other two are my patterns from my library.
