Never underestimate the power a new printer nozzle can have on your quality of prints! Spent almost a week fighting with an old nozzle that got clogged. I finally broke down and ordered a replacement. Just put it in and now that extruder is printing like new.
It would be interesting to look at the nozzle under an electron microscope before and after a few hundred hours of printing
Good to hear. I gave up and ordered a new j-head and a e3d. Still waiting for delivery. What nozzle is your before and after?
