I am new user of smoothieboard and have a problem with network. When i set network.enable setting to true, smoothie stops working. Only orange 3.3v led in on. When the ethernet cable is connected, on the connector is on orange led and green blinks some time. I have last firmware (edge-b7ff723). The SD card is ok because on the other smoothie board it works fine. The firmware is correctly installed. I think that the problem is on the hardware. Any suggestions how to solve the problem without sending the board back?
I tried to flash the firmware more times. The configuration is default from the github. The only difference is network.enable. When i set it to true the board stops working. Then i move the sd card to the reader, change network.enable to false, put the card to smoothie and the board is live again:)
There is no difference if the ethernet cable is connected or not and if the ip is static or DHCP.
Because of permission i removed the link from code.

I already tried with another cable and another port on the same hub. I can also try on different hub but i am sure that will be the same. The board must boot up without connected cable.
Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this issue? I’ve got exactly the same issue on a 2nd hand system I’ve just bought v1.1 PCB 5X, latest firmware and default configuration with networking enabled - exactly the same symptoms described above
