Neopixels inside 3D Printed Spearhead (Halloween!)
I modified https://gist.github.com/kriegsman/8281905786e8b2632aeb
to use the desired gradient palettes. I got it down in size to fit on an Adafruit Trinket, but had to shift to a Huzzah ESP8266 at the last minute after hosing the Trinket’s bootloader. :frowning: Using the Trinket 5V had cured any weird flickering I was getting. This video was taken just before I installed the last 2 LEDs, so the lack of light on the bottom left was cured after that.

Thanks! It was a hit, I made it to go with my daughter’s costume. Was easy to spot her in the dark with the other kids (no street lights around here).
