Hi -
I am great with electronics, but not great with figuring out physical housings for my circuits.
What I want to do is to create a small enclosure that will hold two panel mount USB female connectors, one the standard size and the other a type C. Next to those I want to connect a male 2.1mm connector on a flexible cable, suitable to plug into any device like a pedal found on a typical guitar pedal board.
Inside the small enclosure will be just a small voltage “trigger” that forces a typical PD power bank to put out a constant 9V. I have such a power bank and also have the triggers, so I know the concept works well. I just need help with the design of the small enclosure.
I do not have a 3D printer, but would gladly pay someone to create the enclosures for me. If it helps, the triggers are just 1.5 by 0.5 inches in size, including a standard size USB female. I would then have to create some type of adapter cable that would split the signal from the USB port on the trigger to both the external USB ports.
If anyone can think of a more elegant solution, that would be perfectly acceptable as well.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
