My MakerGear Mosaic is about 0.1 mm too short one one Axis for a 30mm wide square. It was +/- 0.01mm last time I calibrated. Any suggestions on what might be happening? I’m not sure if the motor is off, the controller or maybe the belt stretched a little. It’s not a huge amount, I’m just not sure why it’s off again. I did just switch to using Slic3r too if that makes any difference.

Maybe the new slicer kills Mosaics. I’m having tons of issues with prints made with the new version, older gcodes are working. I’m still debugging…

@Russ_R A quick test is to print the same thing with a different slicer and see what happens. It is possible for the belts to loosen over time so you might want to get in there and tighten things up.

@Russ_R you never fudged with your steps/mm, right?

@Thomas_Sanladerer I have barely changed the firmware at all. I pre-ordered the mosaic, it arrived with a non working firmware. I put the then current version of Sprinter on and have never touched it since. At least one+ year ago.
