More updates to my printer. The source files now spit out plates. I also did some more changes to round out the corners on the Z motor mounts.

@Sanjay_Mortimer Sorry, I updated the links in 8020_printer2.scad
Please re-download, it should be fixed.
Do NOT CGAL render 8020_printer.scad it will crash, too many faces and it’s too complex. CGAL render rod_mounts and motor_mounts.scad that will give you the main parts.
Bushing.scad will give you the y axis bed bearing mounts, and x-end.scad will give you the x idler and motor mounts.
y-belt-holder will give you the Y axis belt clamps.
x-carriage will give you the X carriage.
I am using openscad version 2013.01.22
It required me to up the cache when I tried a while ago. perhaps it’s fixed.
I just updated the Repo again, some minor changes.
Have you tried rendering the individual plates?
I know this machine might be a little wasteful in plastic, but you should get stability and rigidity as a tradeoff.
