A Discourse update to Maker Forums caused a few email notifications (a few dozen out of many thousands) to fail to be sent.
The bug has been fixed and the fix applied. Log in and check for notifications by clicking on your avatar on the upper right corner of the screen if you were waiting for responses from anyone!
