Mirroring my phone screen to a device with a Yellow RCA video output - zero soldering?

I’d like to mirror my phone (Android 15) to a screen in a vehicle that only has Yellow composite video input with an RCA jack free

What’s the easiest and cheapest way ( preferably that requires zero soldering)?

I have an original model Raspberry Pi B, which seems like the logical choice but it’s very underpowered by todays standards and most tutorials that I’ve found online need the newer models. Are there any other options that might be simpler or more effective?

My ultimate aim is output some basic functions that don’t need a high resolution or frame rate, such as a basic navigation app that I can set and forget.

Ideally, I don’t want to but anything expensive, or to change the screen as it’s tied into other things that I’m not confident tinkering with.

Others might have a better idea, but you can look for

(1) Android USB-Micro / USB-C dongle which outputs to VGA port (somewhat common for older projectors), and then
(2) get a VGA-RCA adapter, to plug into your RCA video port.

There may be an android HDMI dongle, and then HDMI/RCA dongle to achieve a similar affect.
