I’m relatively new to laser cutting and engraving. I have a Longer Ray5 10W and I’m using Meerk40t, but I’m experiencing some issues. The main one is that the laser misaligns objects at the entry point.
In my current project, I have three identical objects, but the laser fails on two of them (even though the settings are exactly the same).
Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong or how to fix this? Thanks
Sorry about that, you are right. I meant to say four. Regarding your question, I am sending a new image showing the defect. The ones with the green marks are OK. On the others, you have a black arrow pointing to the defect.
