My afternoon/evening project has been making another one of my more involved Masonic plaques. Black walnut frame, maple veneer inlays, maple spline joints, and an alder engraved panel. Will post finished pictures tomorrow.

Thank you!
I just noticed that fine joinery; how’d you do that? Biscuit cutter?
Incidentally, beautifully done.

Thanks The slots were cut with a slot cutter on the router table. (The amazon link is one boxing the 1/2" wide bit but I’m using the 1/8" wide bit that’s part of the listing)

I laser cut L-shaped splines to glue and slot in; see my first build of these plaques for some more info.

You’re getting pretty crafty with those plagues; could be a nice little side business if you’re so inclined.
Thanks for the info…
